Thai cuisine has just recently been discovered by international gourmets and gourmands alike. The Bountiful harvests of both land and sea provide an incredible array of ingredients which when combined with an equally diverse selection of spices, create mouth-watering culinary delights unique to Thailand. The presentation of food has also been elevated to an art form. Thai food is served in the oriental manner, with several dishes being placed in the center of the table and shared by all the people eating, using a fork and spoon off a flat plate. Filling their plate with rice or noodles, they sample other dishes in turn taking a single spoonful at a time. Dishes are never mixed on the plate. Each dish has a distinct flavor. Mixing them together causes the loss of unique flavors. Customers should note that some Thai Cuisine can be very hot and spicy, and they should feel free to ask us to adjust the seasoning to suit them. All dishes are cooked to order, and will sometimes lead to an unavoidable delay in serving your meal, especially when we are busy. We will prepare your order with the freshest products available.
